(In English, “This is not a Bachelor Thesis”) My Bachelor's Degree Final Project is not a Bachelor Thesis, it is a way to demonstrate and unequivocally put into practice the skills and techniques learned during my years of studying. It is Magritte's "Ceci n'est pas une pipe", it is a Bachelor Thesis, but at the same time it tries to be much more than that. It is me, my skills, my aspirations and my cover letter. I'm my own client, which in my experience is the most difficult client to satisfy. My idea is undoubtedly the lack of an idea; a recreation of my inexperience and my love for the language of graphic design, and my interest in creating creative discourses and narratives that explore the meaning of things. The brand identity I propose is an exploration of what a graphic design thesis is and what it consists of; while the main piece I present unpacks the anatomy of the designer, visually analyzing which parts can be attributed to my education and which parts are intrinsic to my persona. My ultimate goal is to take apart everything that makes me the designer I have become.
